Train Employees Against Coronavirus-related Phishing Emails

Cybercriminals will use any social engineering tactic they can to increase their chances of getting their victims to click on a link in a phishing email. Unfortunately this includes exploiting public fear regarding the current health situation. There has been a flood phishing emails impersonating legitimate organization with information about the coronavirus.

 

Hackers have targeted corporations globally using these type of fear-driven phishing emails. At the same time there has been a push to work from home and as a result, companies moving into the cloud and new online collaboration tools.
